Our team went straight to Tallinn from Athens.

Pre-game breakdown

The Army Men stayed overnight in the Greek capitol and travelled to Estonia by Aeroflot charter flight.

The red-blues had a practice at the TTU gym upon the arrival, as the main arena was not available due to concert.

Word to the coach

Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
We got to bounce back after bad defensive performance in Athens, especially in one quarter. Because everything did worked as we wanted in the first quarter. In the next two quarters when we were down, we hustled more but those second quarter killed us in the last four minutes when they scored 18 points. They also scored 18 points in the first six minutes, but however you split it that was something we had to analyze. Immediately after the game we sat down until 4 am watching the film and talking to the players. We got to learn out of that. For sure it will be not the easiest game [against Kalev] comparing to our opponent who had more days to prepare as we had not much time to prepare. We are obliged and we have quality to step up and play a good game.
