Accreditation Rules

Receiving and use of this Accreditation means the full and unreserved acceptance of the Rules of the conduct of the spectators (“Rules”) at the games of CSKA Professional basketball club, LLC (“PBC CSKA”) and other terms and conditions (“T&C”) according to the text below. Accreditation is non-transferable to other persons. Access to the areas is restricted in accordance with the Accreditation. Breach of these Rules or T&C may result in confiscation of Accreditation. Holder shall indemnify and hold harmless PBC CSKA and its collaborators against any loss or damage resulting from a breach of these Rules or T&C. Holders acknowledge that they shall move in and around the venue at their own risk. Neither PBC CSKA nor its collaborators or the venue owner shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to Holders. Holders consents to a security check according to law. Holders agree to the use, free of charge, of their voice and/or image by PBC CSKA and its collaborators for video and photographic recording, reproduction or transmission of the event, for all purposes including but not limited to commercial and advertising.
