Vladimir Karpenko to play for Enisey
The 22-year-old player has played for the main team of CSKA for the past two years, taking part in 11 games in total. At the same time, Karpenko was constantly called up to strengthen the second team of the red-and-blues, last season showing impressive averages in the Superleague - 23.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 4.7 assists - and setting a season single-game scoring record (38 points). The player's contract with our club is valid until 2026.
In the significantly restructured Enisey squad, Vladimir has a great chance to establish himself as one of the leaders. We wish the basketball player to live up to the expectations of the Krasnoyarsk coaching staff, demonstrate a high class at the VTB League level, gain the necessary experience and return to CSKA as a key player.
It should be noted that two young players, pupils of the youth team, who played on loan at Samara last season, Anton Kardanakhishvili and Filipp Gafurov, will start the season in the main team of CSKA.
