CSKA went to a training camp to Slovenia
Our team departed to training camp which will take place in Slovenian town of Kranjska Gora. Foreign part of CSKA preparations will last 15 days and include two friendly games.

With National Team players absent away roster includes 14 players: Gordon, Holden, Kurbanov, Langdon, Marjanovic, Shved, Siskauskas, Smodis, Sokolov, Zabelin as well as junior team players Barinov, Gudumak, Polokhin and Tikhonin. Head coach Dusko Vujosevic joined the coaching staff of Saso Filipovski, Andrey Maltsev and Vlado Radonjic today.

Red-blues will begin practices on Friday in the morning. The return trip is planned for September 18. The camp’s schedule includes 2 friendly games: vs CEZ Nymburk on September 11 and vs Olimpija Ljubljana on September 16.

“The goal is of course to prepare for the season and preseason tournaments we will participate in, - Vujosevic said. We will continue with conditioning work and we will pay more time to learning the offensive and defensive sets. I plan to watch all the players more closely and to adjust our system to their skills. It is also very important to create team chemistry. Surely, we miss four Russian National Team players but still we have enough players to do basketball work and to play the games.”
