Sergey Panov will hold Olympic torch

On July, 3 the Olympic torch will be carried on Moscow streets. One of men who will hold it will be captain of basketball club CSKA Sergey Panov. It was set fire on it in Greece a month and a half ago. On July, 3 it will come to Moscow.
On July, 3 the Olympic torch will be carried on Moscow streets. One of men who will hold it will be captain of basketball club CSKA Sergey Panov. It was set fire on it in Greece a month and a half ago. On July, 3 it will come to Moscow.
Every holder of torch will hold him for 300 meters. Except the captain of our team Pavel Bure, Viatcheslav Fetisov and Alexander Lebziak will hold it too.
We asked Sergey Panov to comment the decision to give him this mission:
Before the start of Final Four of Euroleague men from Moskomsport came to me with this offer. Then my candidature passed several instances. And today it was finally approved. While I will hold the torch the attention of all Olympic motion will be concentrate on me. It is very pleasant for me.
