The next Superleague game for our team will take place in Lyubertsy, Moscow Region. CSKA will visit Triumph – one of the most tenacious teams of Russian Championship.
CSKA coaches decided not to waste time on travels to Lyubertsy for practicing after the win over Unicaja and organized the preparations in USH CSKA. The team has no injured or ill players except for Smodis. Artem Zabelin will be out of the roster because he will play for junior team in a couple of games vs Khimki-2.
“Our opponent is very aggressive and dangerous team, - CSKA head coach Evgeny Pashutin said. Triumph is a very unusual opponent with no true center. Miller who plays as a center has probably the best outside shot. Rush, Likhodey and Sergeev help him on a perimeter. Stanislav Eremin is a great coach, he can motivate his team to fight, and his players show character. They got back to the game often after trailing with a big margin this season. That’s why we are preparing for the game very attentively and we hope to show our best basketball to win the game.”.
