Congratulations to the team, we were better tonight for the most part of the game. We had bigger rotation in the first quarter just to find what mistakes are we doing. We had many turnovers, 4 in the first quarter. But the second one was almost perfect: we did not turn the ball over, scored 28 points, played great defense. We moved the ball and found our moments off the primary and secondary creation. We controlled the game. But on the edge of third and fourth quarters it looked like we are playing against ourselves, we had 10 mistakes. With due respect to Maccabi defense we made unforced errors. We let them to run to our basket alone in the situations that you cannot defend. We have to learn from our mistakes. On the other side we made 635 of threes, we had 25 assists. With the score 70-50 Maccabi needed just one time-out and I took three! We had to find their weaknesses and punish but we didn’t do it. We are taking the win out of the night but also a lesson. We had big number of fans again. The support was great. It’s great that we create basketball culture here in Moscow.
