Denis Godlevskiy, CSKA assistant coach:
The game was quite difficult. For MBA-MAI, it was a significant factor in their tournament fate. We had less tournament motivation, but we were still determined to win. We expected a tough game because our last game went quite well for us, while it wasn't as good for MBA-MAI. Naturally, they learned from that and were prepared. The ending, as they say, was decided by the game.
Melo Trimble, CSKA guard:
At first, it seemed like the game would be easy for us. However, it turned out to be quite a tough one, primarily thanks to our opponents, who deserve credit. We should have expected such a fight. This game is, after all, a Moscow rivalry, and our opponents probably wanted to win this one more.
