Despite the already secured first place in the regular season, our team fought against Zenit and took a psychologically important away victory...
Who says, it was not important?

Emil Rajkovic, CSKA head coach:

We already secured first place in the standings, but still wanted to win. I think that our players played good defense tonight. Zenit had its moments when they hit tough shots, but in the end our guys played more concentrated and won. Now the moment has come for us when we need to rebuild the chemistry in the team. I wanted to give Cacok, our rookie, time at crucial moments so he can show how useful he can be on the floor. Milutinov really played a very good game, but by leaving Nikola on the bench, I wanted to add one more good player to the rotation. I think Cacok did a great job, so it paid off.
