CSKA – UNICS Kazan: 72-64

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:

- It was a tough game. Some of my players looked tired from the very start especially big guys. Probably the reason is high temperature that is hard for most of the team. UNICS was better in the beginning in creating good conclusions for their possessions. Interesting that we managed to win the game in the end with light line up though the games with UNICS used to be the matches for big man to show up. Zakhar Pashutin helped us a lot in a game tonight.

Unfortunately Oskar Torres would not be able to help us this season. He sprained the ligament of his knee. Tomorrow we would use Tomas Van Den Spiegel. He is completely another player but there is no other way.
