CSKA – Khimki: 98-79

• CSKA made 29 three-point attempts. It is a team high for CSKA this season in all the official games

• Sergey Panov collected 9 rebounds tonight. It is a repeat of his high this season in all the official games

• JR Holden made 7 assists tonight. It is his high this season in all the official games

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:

- The game became difficult for us when our big men received a couple of early fouls and Smodis get the injury. So Khimki received the real opportunity to win the game. But my players played all together especially in the defense. Besides to the foreigners I want to mention Zakhar Pashutin who helped us a lot in the first half and also Panov and Kurbanov.

We won the regular season with the only defeat from the top team. We lost by one point in St.Petersburg. That is very good sign, especially mentally.

Sergey Elevich, Khimki head coach:

- We wanted to face CSKA and to show our best. But it did not happen. The players did not execute what I was saying and it seems like mentally they were not ready. We did not defend in a right way against the players we should like Langdon, Vanterpool and Holden.
