CSKA and Khimki played a game worth of Russian basketball classics. In the crazy ending the result was decided by the steal and three-pointer by Ausustine who scored 31 points in the encounter.

We played good game for the most part of it. We just lacked some energy in the last quarter, last 5-6 minutes, we just spent too much energy on Thursday night against Real Madrid. Our defense in the second half was not on the level of the first half. And, obviously, we made some mistakes in the end: we did not control the key rebound, we let the opponent score from under the basket and mad a turnover. Still I’d like to note that the team was able to recover mentally and made good effort and showed good quality of the game most of the time.
