PBC CSKA signed one year contract with the best basketball school in Moscow – Trinta. According to the agreement the team Trinta Stars that plays at the major league of Russian championship would receive CSKA farm club status and would receive the name CSKA-Trinta Stars. But another team at CSKA clubs system is not the only benefit of the contract.

But another team at CSKA clubs system is not the only benefit of the contract.
- With the agreement we would be able to follow the career of potential basketball players almost from the very start, - says CSKA CEO Sergey Kushchenko. – On the other hand Trinta talented players would get some confidence in their future.
There is a competition between the clubs and even between the kinds of sports. This is the reason for us to try to follow almost every young player’s career. The club should have a complete information on the player when he enters the team. And it is a lot easier to get the information if the school works with the club.
Trinta director Valentina Bashkirova seems to be satisfied with the contract too:
- I am sure we have to work together. And I know we would not make problems for CSKA organization – we are able to carry a piece of responsibility. We have basketball halls, our sport complex which is just 20 km from Moscow is almost rebuild, we have coaches and the players. But we have a lot to learn from CSKA organization which is on the highest level.
As a school director I would like to have an opportunity to be proud of my graduates. They have to get to the highest level in order for me to do it. And our goal is to build the stairs together with CSKA. I know that every step would be a hard one, but if one would pass it through he would find himself not only in the best Russian club but also I think in the National team.
Attention of CSKA organization is also a great deal for the young players in the very start. Even a single master class of one of CSKA players can make children out more effort and to show their best at the practices.
