Today CSKA junior team went to Kazan where the second stage of Superleague championship will be held. This round will be the last to influence the seeds of the teams for the final stage.
“We just finished our training camp in Vatutinki on Friday, - CSKA-2 head coach Andrey Maltsev said. All the players are healthy, they did a lot of physical work and, I guess, they will look a bit heavy in Kazan. Our main task was to prepare for the final round, for which we qualified long ago. At the same time we have the maximum goals: we want to demonstrate good basketball and to save the mood shown in the previous round.”
