Returning to the third
Enisey Krasnoyarsk played against our team less often than others. The regular season has entered its final stage, and the Siberians will face the Muscovites for only the third time…

Serious opponents and preparation
Even though Krasnoyarsk is not the leader of the VTB United League – the team is currently in tenth place, closing the play-in zone – the red-blues prepared for the meeting with them with all due responsibility. After a day off on Sunday, the team returned to the Megasport court, where they spent two training days.
“We will meet a very disciplined and serious team,” says CSKA head coach Andreas Pistiolis. “The position in the standings does not reflect the quality of basketball that Enisey is showing. I believe that tomorrow will be an interesting game.”
If not a victory, then a fight
The last two months have been difficult for Jovica Arsic’s team. Victories over Avtodor and Pari NN at the very beginning of the year inspired optimism in the hearts of fans, but after that the team lost time after time, coping only with the half-destroyed Astana and Samara. On the other hand, even in games with the leaders, the team certainly fights hard - most of the defeats happened with a very small difference.
The leader of the modern Enisey is Timofey Gerasimov, for whom the current season is already the third in the team. The Russian National Team guard spends the most time on the court (30.1 minutes), averages 13.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 5.6 assists. American Victor Sanders has a slightly higher scoring numbers (14.1 points), but his other stats are lower. The frontline is cemented by Sergei Balashov (8.3 points, 58.2% two-pointers, 5.0 rebounds) and Aleksa Stepanovic (7.1 points, 4.7 rebounds).
