Muscovites meet Nizhny Novgorod in the third playoffs in a row.

After the end of the regular season, CSKA got a couple of days off, after which the team practiced daily at Megasport.

Nizhny will come to the capital without a couple of main playmakers: Ivan Strebkov and Dmitry Khvostov are injured.

Nizhny demonstrates good basketball, they play aggressive, and we need to match their energy. They are very active on both ends, they try to create turnovers, fight on boards and run the floor. We are good, we practice seriously, we expecting playoffs. Playoffs are a different story, we need to go out and increase our aggressivity, competitiveness, focus. We got to be on top level because it is required right now.
